How much is shipping, and how is it handled?
We offer flat-rate shipping for just $3.50 using USPS Ground Advantage, providing reliable and affordable delivery. All orders are carefully packaged by hand to ensure your items arrive safely and in style. We partner with trusted carriers and use tools that help us keep shipping costs low—so you can spend more on scents and less on fees.
How long will my order take to arrive? Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

Due to the nature of our products, Pure Scentsation does not accept returns unless there is a mechanical issue with the item (such as a defective applicator). If this occurs, please email a photo and brief description to ps@purescentsation.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Because of sanitary concerns, used or opened items cannot be resold and are therefore non-returnable. However, we always want you to be happy with your purchase—if something isn't right, please reach out. We’re happy to work with you and may be able to offer a replacement.

I cracked open the peach oil for the first time this morning and I love it. Here’s why - it actually smells like a real peach! It is not overwhelming, and does not have that artificial smell that fruit smells often have. I have to admit, I was expecting not to like it because I don’t like fruity or sweet smells. Pure Scentsation™ was founded in 2021 in the heart of the Pacific Northwest by Lulu—creator, maker, and scent enthusiast—as a personal love letter to beauty, healing, and everyday joy.
The idea had been brewing for years, but Lulu began taking it seriously in 2024 as a way to lift her own spirits. Navigating anxiety, burnout, and the emotional weight of daily life, she turned to scent as a healing ritual. Blending oils gave her peace—and purpose—when she needed it most.
It also came from frustration: salon oils moisturized, sure, but the scents were either harsh, boring, or downright unpleasant. Lulu craved something more—something nourishing and beautifully aromatic. So she started making her own.
And with eczema-prone, sensitive skin, she needed ingredients that were clean, gentle, and actually worked. Each blend became an act of care—for herself first, and soon, for others.
What started as a passion project slowly blossomed into a brand: one rooted in intentional self-care, creative expression, and the soothing power of scent.
